The MEHA Scholarship Committee is hosting a few fun events to encourage members to hang out with some old friends and make some new ones.  Proceeds from these events go directly to the scholarship funds that support the Mary Lauren Olson Memorial and Northstar scholarships.

Golf Tournament

Wednesday afternoon will showcase a golf tournament at the Lakes course which is right across the street from the main lodge at Ruttger’s Bay.  Everyone starts together at 1:30 pm.  Registration includes golf, cart, golf balls, and door prizes.  The 9-hole option is $45 while the 18-hole option is $65.

Back by popular demand - the beanbag tournament will take place Thursday night after dinner.  The tournament will feature two-person teams and a double elimination format that guarantees at least two rounds of action per team.  Registration is $40 per team and includes cash prizes for first and second place.

Buy some raffle tickets and take home some great prizes! Raffle items will be showcased throughout the day on Thursday with the prize drawing Thursday evening during dinner – you do not need to be present to win. Please consider bringing a raffle donation (themed basket, food, anything goes!). Bring cash for raffle tickets!

If throwing bags isn’t your thing or if you find yourself an early exit from the bags tournament, then come join trivia night right across the hall.  New for the 2019 conference, trivia will begin 30 minutes after the start of the bags tournament and will feature prizes for the winning team.  Entry is $10 per person and team size is 1 - 4 people.
