MEHA members in good standing and actively involved in the field of environmental health may apply to receive a stipend to attend the NEHA Annual Education Conference in Anaheim, CA, June 25-28, 2018. To be considered you must be an association member in good standing, complete the application (including statement of interest), and attach a letter from your supervisor or agency giving permission for you to attend the conference. In exchange for this environmental health educational opportunity, we ask that the stipend recipient agrees to share their conference experience with other MEHA members by submitting a short article, including photos, to the fall MEHA newsletter.
Winning recipients will receive a stipend to be used for registration (at the regular member rate of $715), transportation, lodging, and meals ($2245 value).
All applications must be received by 4:00pm April 27, 2018 to be considered. Applicants who participate on MEHA committees or actively support the organization will be given preference.
Submit completed applications and attachments to Valerie Gamble at email@example.com. Stipend recipients will be notified of selection no later than May 1, 2018.
