Cancellation/Refund Policy for Lodging:
Deposits are refunded up to 21 days prior to arrival for any changes or cancellations.
**Sugar Lake Lodge has a variety of lodging styles.
Lodge style rooms are closer to the conference events, while golf course villas are situated along the golf course and may require a short walk to the venue. Indicate your preference for a lodge-style room if you need to be closer to the events.
MEHA has rented the entire resort; however, to accommodate the full group, a majority of attendees will need to share golf course villas with another individual. Booking a golf course villa for 2 or 3 people is a cost savings. Please consider sharing a golf course villa when preparing to book your lodging. Villas have two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths.
The lodging registration deadline is April 17th.
***Lodging for the Spring MEHA Conference is available to book for attendees only until the registration deadline of April 17th. After the deadline, attendees may inquire about reserving a room for family members and/or spouses. Please note that any non-attendees will need to purchase a meal package in advance, as there are no public restaurants open on-site during the conference. Additionally, resort amenities are limited at this time of year.
